MarchIndian developer Acme Solar Holdings Ltd has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Client to set up the facility. ACME has opted for Kuwait for its first large-scale green ammonia commercial project, considering the strategic location of Kuwait, the support received from the government bodies, and high solar irradiation in the country. As per the MoU signed the project will produce hydrogen and ammonia from renewable energy.

AprilAcme Solar Holdings has appointed Synergy Consulting as the financial and transaction adviser for the planned project and the client is currently in the process of hiring law firms to push the development process forward.
