A. Construction, completion and maintenance of town house (32 villa) In Al-Mahaj, Willayat Al Alamerat Muscat Governorate. With septic tank and soak pit, compound wall including gate all associated electrical, plumbing, drainage services and interlock all as shown in the drawings and specified in the specifications.
B. Design and construction of asphalted internal roads and asphalted access road to existing asphalt road. All designs and constructions should conform to Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology design standards and specifications and regulations as in Kuwait Highway design manual (Highway design standards, November 2017). - 15th
